ive googled everywhere, nothing! i was hoping JM might of known summat! lol . you would of thought somebody would of patterned em!If you find any, please let me know.

I have personal experience with these guys https://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php/109173/2671/gear_lever_gaiter_inner_discovery_2 as i asked for other obsolete part with the same red "note" and they answered in 3 days as it's still available in LR stock but with 10% more in price which was not a problem for me... before you go further give them a shout cos it's a big chance to find one in an old stock somewhere

This is what I was told when I last spoke to them
"Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we do not have this part in stock and it is no longer available from Land Rover. We are trying to find stock of these from elsewhere as they are in demand. We will add you to our contact list to contact you when we manage to locate some gaiters"
I never heard back from them so assumed they couldn't find any source.

LRDirect has also confirmed that they can't get them anymore, but will let me know if they do manage to find a supplier.

ive tried all avenues, some same as you, not available, so off to the breakers, but what are the chances of getting a good one? does anyone know a good glue for rubber?

Try a neoprene glue. Although it is recommended for wet suits, I found it did well on other 'rubber items' (!) I bought my tube in France but I'm sure ebay would oblige.

Try this which can be found on eBay. I used the stuff to fix the soles to the uppers on my walking boots and has turned out to be a permanent fix Sent from my iPad on a train
