disco 1 drivers footwell - HELP!

need to get this fixed. what do people think? just a patch or a new drivers footwell? rough cost estimations?

:hysterically_laughi he wont be able to stop himself now,,, he will look under the carpets as soon as he signs out of here. :D
 
real mature guys. well done. didnt realise it was take the p**s out of the new guy on here. ive aready had the boot floor replaced thanks. but i cant get to the vehicle at the moment to check under the carpets. i just though someone with more experience might be able to diagnose it better than me from the picture i was sent by a mate. if anyone has any genuine advice, it would be much appreciated.
 
I think that wot they are trying to say, is that if that is what yu can see, there is likely to be loads worse under the carpets, and in particular under the sodden sponge that LR use as sound deadening.

lets put it this way - that pic is similar to what I saw - untill I took the carpets out - this is then wot i saw.....

that was genuine advice, seriously a bit of a clean and 'K-rust' will sort that if thats all there is
we are saying that there will be loads more under the carpets
and yes it was a **** take ;)
