1996 Discovery 1 SE 300 TDI
Just gauging interest as thinking of selling.
She's a suprb runner and never fails to start 192k showing and altho NO history has been looked after.
The guy I bought it off owned it twice!
Silver with Mat Black roof twin sunroof both sealed.
BMW manual gray leather fronts seats match very well to rest and is 7 seater.
In my ownershipshe has had:-
NEW boot floor and a few small patches for MOTs
New Steering Box all steering ball joints and damper
New Battary
Plastic wheel arches
Ford Focus Gear knob (don't laugh looks good)
MG TF steering wheel
Clear lights conversion.
Two full services, all filters, oil, gearbox,diffs and transfer. Inc Rocker and Sump gaskets (No leaks) new glow plugs.
She has a few "scabs" and a small dent on the drivers wing, but everyone is shocked that she's 21years old!
Air Con worked fine 1 year I had her, now wants a re-gas I guess as light does not come on.
She looks very presentable has to be seen, much better than ones a lot newer!
All electric windows, locking etc all work fine.
Interior is very very clean....and has rubber overmats.
I'll get some pictures done of it now as most are older ones and she looks a lot differant now.
Being out of work due to health means I'm using her more and more to save putting Miles on my new Jag...
So looking at getting a 4 wheel drive car, Jag X-Type or Audi Quattro etc...or may just keep using the Disco.
MOT 30th Nov 2016 will require brake lines looking at in near future.
Private reg not inc and will go back on N reg.
