Diesel Leak

Anybody experienced leaks from their tank? and if so where is best to start lookin?
Mine seems to get wet down the front and back when half full or so, its side mounted 90 diesel.
Wasnt sure if hoses were prone to perishin? and would have to remove driver seat to look as got recaro on a steel frame bolted in

There is a flexi pipe that goes from the filler neck to the tank and this is usually the cuplrit.

Will check that out as soon as i get the mud outta wheel arches tomorrow.
Got another one from number one injector but will get new seal for that one,
Then might get back to 35 mpg! Until i adjust the pump that is
