Diesel leak from top of fuel tank!

Chaps,
Haven't been on here in a while as the TD5 has been behaving itself but today I decided to go out in it, it has been sitting there for a few weeks.

It started first time but I smelt diesel straight away, on closer inspection I could see diesel trickling down from above the fuel tank.
If your looking from the back you have the fuel filter on the right, basically its coming from way above that and toward the front of the vehicle a bit.

I have not checked the fuel tank cover plate in the boot yet but will.

Is this just a split pipe or has a pipe popped off?

There are 4 pipes from the tank that chafe on the body & leak, I have the T shirt,DVD etc....
Pretty sure they were a recall item at one point.
