It certainly is isn't,fuse 33 5 amp is the power to the odb plug pin 16 pins 4&5 are ground.its a brown wire from 16 that runs under the heater and is spliced at the right hand side of the heater to a brown wire that passes through the bulkhead and comes out under the header tank in the main loom then on to the fuse box.
