L322 RangeRover L322 suspension issue

Hello everyone, i am hoping someone can help shed a bit of light on an issue i have with my 2003 L322 td6. The suspension has dropped, and the inactive air suspension has popped up on the dash. There are no lights on the height control panel. I have checked fuses in the glovebox, all good. I have checked fuses in the boot, all good. I have put a new battery on the car and also tested it with another suspension pump that i know works, still nothing. I am getting 14v when running at all fuses and at the relay in the boot. I continuity checked the red/yellow wire from the boot fuse box to the pump plug in the spare wheel well with good continuity. I assume that is switched power, but no voltage at all when tested. I cant obviously see any water ingress. My thoughts are either a fault in the fuse box or body control module under the pass seat? is there anything else in this series i should be looking at? In addition, i bypassed the fuse box live and got the pump to work.
Any help or thought are appreciated.

If it's registered a fault you will need to clear the fault with a diagnostic tool before the suspension will reactivate.

Sorry, i should have mentioned, ive code read it with snap on and with launch diagnostic systems, both will not talk to the BCM or the Air Suspension system. Hence my suspicion the BCM is faulty.

Range rovers are very fussy and will not talk with a lot of diag units, it need to be dedicated
one that will talk and is cheep is the BMW inpa software that can be downloaded free but you need the right cable or there are cables and software for around £70.

Your right about them being fussy...lol. And i would be inclined to agree, but i have used my snapon modus on this before and had no issue talking to the air suspension system, it also allows for ride height setup/calibration which i have done in the past.
But on this occasion, it is as if the control unit has 'disappeared'..! I suppose i am wondering, if the BCM is faulty, would it effect the suspension control unit?

You could check for power to each module and or have them tested to give you a result.

What voltage are you seeing at the battery terminals and what voltage does Mr. Snap-On say he is seeing?
Some stuff just won't run on low volts.

Fussy, well perhaps not. I have a l322 and for a long time the suspension was inoperative. eventually the MOT man failed it for this. I never thought id fix it. I started searching for problems and dismissed the obvious. eventually I took it to a famous range rover specialist. he could not fix it. told me it was unfixable.
When I read the codes there was reference to compressor low pressure. I fitted a new Chinese piston and ring. no point just doing the ring. that solved the air problem. With the advice here I downloaded IMPA. lead £20. recalibrated the suspension. Hey presto. I have never ever had another problem. You may not even need to recalibrate the suspension.

If its registered a fault to the point the height selection lights go out there is no way to clear that but plugging it in, even if you fix the fault its a hard fault it needs cleared,
A soft fault where it just locks in a height will self clear
