Defender lt230 transfer box the same as discovery

Hi is the back end of a lt230 transfer box all the same eg. Input gear / bearing carrier and bearing and cover plate as I want to take my overdrive off but don't have the parts so I was going to buy a discovery transfer box and use the parts

I believe there are difference on the number of teeth on in the input gear and obviously the gear ratios but in terms of mounting hole on the pto cover they are the same

Different teeth count and early lt230 also have narrower gears.
New gears cheap from usual suspects.
Info needed for new gear number of teeth and gear width.

disco box only moved to 28 teeth instead of the 26 as on def after e suffix
