My bulkhead has been hot-dipped, so i need to re-tap all the threads.

My plan was to take apart the old one, and measure the threads off the bolts, but that's not happening quick enough.

My back-up plan was to look at microcat, but that just hurts my brain.

Can anyone just tell me? I think there's only a few anyhow - the ones where the door stays attatch, a few in the front, under the water gully, and i need to clean out the vent flap split pin holes.

Any more? And what sizes?

Thanks, Julian

From memory they are all M6 and M8.
However... Some bolts, but not on the bulkhead ie brake pedal box are unf but I tapped them out to M8 for simplicity.

Thank you.

Ive not got the brake box dipped. If my local plant did not charge some foolish premium on landrover bits, i would do, but i think ill just run electrolysis on it, to strip it right back, and then, probably, use some sort of enamel paint.

I had my pd blasted and powder coated and the threads were chocked up so re tapping for M8 enabled the stainless steel theme to continue.
I think the pb lids were unf as well so they ended up M6.
