Defender 90 swivel preload

Could anyone tell me the preload on the front swivel of a defender 90 300td I it has tapered bearings top and bottom. I have read different things one saying 1.16_1.46 kg the other 3.6_4.5 kg any information would be grateful

The numbers vary depending on if the big seal for the ball housing is fitted or not.

Without the seal it's 1.16 to 1.46kg after initial inertia is overcome.
