Technically yes; altho you will have to inform the DVLA of the body type change and update your insurance company.
IIRC there may also be a VAT issue if the hard top was originally purchased by a company as a van.............but that sort of thing is far from my area of expertise

Further on......I have removed the rear sideways seats from my staion wagon 110 and am removing the rear sliding windows turning into a solid side....does this mean the Vat man will give me some money back???
