After a lovely couple of normal winter days, the battery on my truck completely gave up the ghost.
I therefore pass on my knowledge of a decent battery upgrade which is the Yuasa HSB020. 900 CCA and 110 Ah
Whilst it is too long to go through the battery tray cover straight down, the design means that it slots in nicely if you slide it backward and forwards. It also fits in nicely in the standard battery tray in the lower bit, and easily clears the cover.
Cost me £100 from Halfrauds (£125 without trade card), and spun the starter over so quickly that I thought I thought the starter was just spinning and not catching the first time I started her up.
Worthwhile upgrade in my opinion, and comes with a 5 year warranty.
