On my 88/89 110, it's a four connector switch - suspect yours in newer.

Neither the 1991-1996 or 2002 onwards diagrams in Haynes have 8 contacts. They're both 6. What wires have you got at the column, and in which colours?

In which case, The Red Hat Man's diagram is the closest I've seen to what you have. Two ways forward here:-
1 Use the Ctrl++++ to zoom on his diagram and analyse.
or
2 When I'm sober in the morning, I'll decipher it for you. Do you have a voltmeter to hand? And are you happy to use 12v from the battery to hot wire for testing?
