Defender 110 routine maintenance guide

I know about changing the oil and filters as part of general maintenance, but I've never owned a vehicle that required greasing via those lovely protruding nipples before. Plus, there may be other Landy things to routinely check that I'm not yet aware of.

So, does anyone know of a decent illustrated guide for general maintenance please?

I've found the "Defender 90 / 110 Workshop Manual" of more use than the Haynes manual - includes maintenance routines with detailed pics.

I've located various nipples round the vehicle, but am unsure how much grease to supply via my mini greasing gun. Any thoughts?

Anything with a nipple (oooooer) is designed to be packed so just squirt grease in till it starts coming out somewhere else
