Defender 110 middle row seat belt fixing question

Can someone tell me how or what the inertia reel fastens too for the middle row seats on a 110. I've only one threaded hole on the pillar but nothing to attach the inertia reel.

Think i'm missing some bracket on my converted 110.

What you need is number 1 on the above diagram. Fixes with 4 m6 bolts, two of which secure the roof (hence the list only saying 2)
