sorry mate not that 1 hope its better than yeovil lr just had my defender for warranty work for 2 days before the new year then again last week for another 2 days.
and i seem to be just beating my head against a wall, they dont seem to take any notice of what i'm saying .
1. the throttle response was shyte (made it worse the first time then put it back how it was the second time ).
2 . ECU box has water ingress , they said "cant seal it so we drilled some holes in it to let the water out"!![]()
3 . wiper arm has a very weak spring above 40mph it leaves a un-wiped bit in the middle (right in my eye line) still the same 1 after 2 visits last visit they said its got a split in the blade (on the bottom edge ) when i first bought it i got some of new type blades they where worse than the origanals.
when i have a minute this week i'm taking it to land rover direct

An X Reg LDV ain't worth a monkey! The bits to do that would be less that fifty nicker and it should only take an hour or two.
:focus:
I found Yeovil LR to be okay(ish).
I went in, bought a head gasket and manifold gasket and left. Went back the next day and swapped the manifold gasket for a head set. Would've been nice if the parts chap had known his stuff and told me I needed a head set in the first place. Or if I'd read the chuffing manual before I went!
But if you go to Tesco and buy corn flakes do you expect the checkout girl to tell you that you need milk? LOL![]()
