Disco 3 (LR3) Day running lights

Hi All I recently purchased a disco3 HSE beautiful car and a pleasure to drive I want to fit day running lights possibly replacing the front fog lights with day running led has anyone any knowledge of doing this and what connections are required for permanent live to them .

Just get your self one of these and connect to your battery and then away to the DRLs its as simples as that.

No you don't as they give lots of other drivers eye strain.

I hate the bloody things, should never have been allowed, let alone made compulsary.

The old Volvo super sidelight running lights were fine as they didn't blind people.

If I get blinded I just use my light bar.

Passed a car running DRL the other evening and there was nothing lit at the back. How many people are driving around like that thinking their 'Auto' light setting is on (another bug-bear for another time) and cause people coming up behind them conniptions when they realise there is something there?
