Dashboard blank, what should be there?

What switch should go in place of this blank? It's a first for me seeing a wired in blank??

tis for non existant spot lights innit.

Or is it for the cruise control??

Is it as simple as getting a cc switch and plugging in or do I need clutch and brake switches etc etc ?

There's a rectangular panel lower right of steering wheel with blanks for retrofitting stuff, or adding additional stuff like extra spotlights etc. This is usually (usually in my experience) where the cruise control button is. There are no wires behind it unless something has been fitted before and been removed. If you buy a cruise control kit you will run the wires up behind the panel and fit the relevant switch.
