my right headlight and rear light dont work also just noticed now ! low headlight doent work not the highyou have to switch on the side lights....the side lights are working?
download this http://www.landy.ee/manuals/electricity/Disco_Elec.Troubleshooting Manual - LRL0077ENG (1997).pdf , (it's for '97 D1 like the one we are speaking here), save it in your computer and open with acrobat or some PDF readrer cos you can go directly to the ''source'' then, go to Circuits - J1 -Interior lamps and if you scroll down and follow down the circuit it's obvious that from C208-14 connected to fuse F8 the feed goes to the switches illumination.... though it's clear that from F8 goes to the RH side lamps too through C204-12 and C211-7
in this manual you have the connector views too so follow the diagram and connectors if you are familiar with these things and want to DIY if not you'll need an electrician
I didnt fully understand your questionthat's why i asked that the headlights are working normally or not in a previous post and you said yes.... and you dont have voltage one side of F8 removed with lights switched on at all? .... that's not good, see connector details in that document and check if you have feed at C203-3
i didn't remove the fuse to check voltageno cos from the steering switch it splits to both sides headlamps.. i asked that when you removed fuse F8 did you check for voltage both sides of it in the fusebox cavities?
