D2 TD5 Car won't start: Warning lights on:Downhill & ride yellows + 2 x flashing green

The above lights stayed on when the ignition is switched on. The car has to be unlocked with the key - niether fob works. The rh front wheelarch was replaced an hour or so before this problem arose, Some hammering was involved - I'm wondering if this has affected the ECU which is mounted nearby. Advice please
