I Changed my 99 TD5 3 weeks ago for 2003 model with 74,000 mls.
So far have changed filter and air valve, Injector washers and seals whilst top was off thought just as well do Injector harness so replaced that as well.
Running a lot nicer when it runs but cuts out after a couple of miles turn key on and off pump throttle engine light flashes eventually restarts have ordered a new pump today, beginning to wish I had re welded old faithfull which never missed a beat in 4 years.
Have read some of previous threads on cutting out but any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
