Just as a matter of interest, does anyone know how many Landies took part in the Keep Land Rover British event in Battersea Park back in the 80's?

I remember a police motorcyclist pulling alongside me on the M1 and asking if I was leading the convoy. I asked why, and he said that there were over 2 miles of Landies almost bumper to bumper behind me!

I was in my 86" Series I and had gone through every services south from Leeds picking up at each!

As I said, just wondering!
