Hi everyone,
I have been busy fitting my new raptor centre console over the past few days but in fitting it I have discovered another problem! When I converted my 1987 2.5td 19j to a disco 200tdi I used the original oil filter housing and oil cooler pipes because the parts all matched up and appeared to be ok. I have been running it for about 2 years now with no problems but now I have fitted an oil temperature gauge I have discovered that my oil cooler is not working. The oil filter gets warm after a few minutes of running but the pipes that come forward to the oil cooler do not??? I have not had a chance to strip it out yet but I am guessing something must be blocking the pipes off. Has anyone experienced this problem before or got any ideas what my problem might be?
