I will try to shorten a medium length story....
What would you chaps recommend to do when leaving the car for upto 5-6 days without driving it??
EAS to Access?
Disconnect Battery (it does have newer RF Rec. fitted)?
Lock or Superlock (what happens if battery is flat in superlock mode??)?
Any problems that can be come across when leaving a vehicle with this kind of perpensity to breakdown??
- I have a company Car
- Girlfriend has a VW Beetle
- My company car comes up for renewal
- Girlfriend says her Beetle is getting on and I could Part-Ex for a Diesel Range Rover and she can have my company car
- I jump on the Internet find the RR I want...
- I do a deal and Part-Ex her Beetle
- YIPPEE I have another Range Rover after my previous was stolen...
- My company car is up for renewal
- Look at list of cars offered by the company - not great but hey its free
- 4 months later New company car arrives
- Girlfriend not happy with the new company car
- Decide to take the plunge and purchase a 2 year old Fiat 500 for Girlfriend
- Girlfriend is over the moon with a car more suited to her and fits better in the garage etc....
- I am now the best boyfriend in the world ever....
- Finances mean I will have to drive the company car to work everyday instead of my beloved Range Rover
- Range Rover will now become an Evening and Weekend play thing
