Connector corrosion DSP

For those of you chasing problems with SAT NAV and Radio etc photo's below are examples of the corrosion on my friends DSP. The top right pin on the big connector was corroded off completely.

The green corrosion deposits are conductive so effectively create short circuits between the pins.

Probably, if you have the time to spend a few days searching. I just repaired the broken pin

Ahh you rich young things

It's a bit more than an amp, it claims to be a digital signal processor, certainly there is a microprocessor in the box

But would run a new copper audio feed from aftermarket head unit to aftermarket amp

Forget the fancy DSP ****e lol

You could use the existing wiring with a bit of effort and RAVE I suspect.
