I’ve had to add a number of reducers to allow my new compressor to fit to me existing filters and lines. Is there any issue with doing this??

In my experience the only thing that will suffer is an impact gun.
Also, thats an unusual place to take the air from the tank? My understanding is that the outlet is at the top so less moisture and debris comes from the tank to your filter/water trap
 
Cheers. Not on these new belt driven ones mate. They question is obsolete now as the bloody trap was knackered. I got a new trap and a separate line for paint now so it never gets oily.
