P38A Complete failure of window regulator and mirror (switch pack)

let me summarise:

- switch pack gets power
- switch pack itself works
- all fuses are working
- all measured lines give the correct value
- I was able to rectify the fault 3-4 times by pulling fuse 1 and cleaning it.
