Colour-coded rear bumpers

Hi all

Apologies for prolonged absence, and if this question has been answered elsewhere, but I have done a search and can't find owt.

So, my much-beloved has gone and scraped the offside rear quarter of my facelift against a concrete post and gouged the colour-coded part of the bumper to the extent that it won't "polish out"!
It looks as though you might be able to separate it from the main bulk of the bumper and replace just the corner section. Can anyone confirm whether that is the case or not?

I am pretty certain it is one piece.

JNORWAY very recently face lifted his L series rear end. If you find that thread, there are photos on there.

I remember its possible to wiggle it a bit from side to side. Like its possible to remove it. But im not sure. I have another bumper that i can check. But im not home until friday next week.

Ok, they are plastic welded in. The separate part is no longer available. Although I know where there is a new pair.................
