Did you install the plastic staple bit to the release bearing?

Vibrations/ sounds can travel easily. Have you listened with your head under the bonnet? Might be something loose in there.

its a known issue that was fixed by fitting a improved clutch plate ,if you fit a heavy duty clutch or some std it appears , usually given time it subsides

Mine exactly the same, had a mechanic change the clutch in my garden, took him 11hrs poor guy but my release bearing rattles on tick over, haven't got the heart to ask him to sort it
