Clutch leaking???

i have a 2.5 petrol 1986 defender 90. everytime after i have driven somewhere there is a damp patch below the clutch pedal, the pedal is also damp. what could be the cause of this? and what would be the fix? thanks

Beware of the cheap ones from britpart and the like as are rubbish.

britpart do genuine one for £16.50 + vat

Had a Britpart in mine for about 2 months and it started to leak.
Got a delphi in now......we shall see. so far so good.

The cause = leaking master cylinder,

The fix = get a new cylinder, that isn't Britpart pattern ****e,

Couple of hours of a job, I managed to do my mine and i'm a bit crap
