Hi, I have just replaced my clutch on my TD5 and did everything by the book except for putting my Def on the lift and taking the gear oil out (as I saw here on one of the threads). After I connected everything and did some bleeding and took the air out of the master cylinder system all works well BUT... it feels like its a little hard to put in first gear and reverse gear, after it goes in its better.
1. My question is how can I adjust the clutch so it would be easier?
2. After all this I can hear the turbo whistling not as before even in neutral, I checked the hoses, is there any other thing to check?

Thanks

you have to bleed slave to,can be tricky removing all air,you must have disturbed hose have you checked all before turbo after turbo, intercooler

If you're not already using one, I can highly recommend one of these

Worked really well for me, after fitting new slave cylinder, had the system bled within 2 mins :)
