Classic offroad help??

Hi all I have been looking on the Internet and see loads of classics with huge wheels with no extended arches?? I don't understand how there running these wheels with the standard arches as thee wheels on min in the pic rub ??

Also does mine have a lift kit ??? I was told it has a 2i ch lift but not sure??

The one in the pic has been lifted for sure!!!

thats mine but the body sits lower than a standard discovery 300tdi

Well he is a pic of my Old Classic....look at the height of the door sill against the centre of the wheel hub...mine is about an inch above the wheel centres...yours is way higher by the looks of it!

It does look higher than yours. Just annoyed as the arches rub like mad.

What was done to it??

Mine rubbed. No lift and werent massive tires.

If I chopped the arches and put extended on would it stop it or is it not that simple??

3" body lift
2" sus lift
2" spring lift
36" tyres

oh and bobtailed of course

I've got 265/75/16 Special Traks on mine. Rubbing now and then but nothing that would drive ye loopy......
