Cigar lighter/hazards kaput.

Power to the cigar lighter and hazards seems to have disappeared. No reading across the fuse holder. Possibly caused by an incorrectly wired trailer socket ( replaced the socket and put it in upside down on first test). Any clues as to where to start looking? Was thinking hazard switch, but I think I’d still have power at the fuse?

Changed the batteries in the analogue multimeter and I’m getting a reading now, guess I blew the hazard switch and cigar lighter somehow!

No power at the purple wires at either lighter or hazard switch, where’s it going?

Panic over mate, unconnected the wiring at the fuse, reconnected it with no obvious changes and power back on. Good ol’ Lucas!

That's a result, you can get away with no hazards but what yer gonna light yer cigars off?

Exactly! Wonder if you can get one of those battery cigarettes in cigar format?, think of the smoke that thing would chuff out!
