Chassis metal thicknesses?

I've got a few small spots that need cutting out. They don't look too major at the moment but I would rather deal with it now whilst the tub is of the frame.

What thickness sherry metal do I need and where is the best place to order it?

I use 2mm plate and go to my local scrap yard to pick through their offerings and have a fist full of pound notes handy and you'll get what you need, failing that egay has stuff that'll do.
