Central Locking

Car is an MY2000 4.6. The remote will lock and unlock the two rear doors and the front passenger door but not the drivers door or tail gate, drivers door can be unlocked with the key but the tail gate remains locked. I don't get the drivers door open message, if the other doors are opened the "open" message does appear, looking through the threads on here drivers door lock actuator? Any advice would be appreciated.

hi , take door card off and check connector rod to actuator , and also black wires going to micro switches !!!!!!!! methinks the rod has come off ,, cheers mozz

Thanks for the response Mozz, it was the multi plug connection to the actuator, plug and socket had separated, all is well now.
