Central locking/indicator/rear window elec fail

Hi, Please can anyone help point me in right direction with my 02 TD5. Central locking failed today, got in with key and mobilised engine using key fob. Huge pool of water from rear sunroof suggests major water ingress. So, can't open doors from inside, indicators not working, rear windows not working nor rear wiper or hazards. Other stuff seems fine. Want to fix it myself if I can, any help greatfully received

First off, check for water damage to the main fuse board/IDM and then the BCU. The IDM is on the back of the main fuse board behind the panel beneath the steering wheel. The BCU is behind the passenger's glove box.
It's possible that water has run along inside the roof and started running down either "A" pillars.
