Hi, looking for more ideas with this fault...
Central locking not working via remote or centre console. Curtesy light not working.
Wipers and washers work and tailgate works from fob. Central locking working using key.
Checked for faults using snap on diagnostic computer, nothing.
Disconnected battery for 10 minutes to try a reset and nothing changed.

Any other ideas anyone? If it sounds like transport mode, would snap on software be able to program it? I couldn't see any reset options.

Thanks for any help.

No, is that safe? There's still a power source active when the earth is off as the alarm still sounded when I first tried it as I'd locked the doors.

Always have the car unlocked before you disconnect the battery, i think you will find there is a set procedure to follow in the owners manual,
but yes touching the two leads is ok and powers down the ecus of any residual power, but do follow the manual on disconnecting the battery
Others know more than me on this but it is a common thing to do.
