CD Multi changer

Was wondering if you can buy adapters for aftermarket stereos to work along side the land rover multi changer

An adaptor to do what? The data transmission between the head unit and the player is unique to the manufacture.

To connect my jvc stereo to the multichanger.

Then No, if it's a JVC head unit then the player must be JVC, Philips to Philips, Pioneer to Pioneer, Sony to Sony etc etc ... So look for matching JVC multi CD player assuming your head unit can also control it.

The head unit can control them yeah but not that bothered for buying one just thought id see if I could use my current multichanger with what I already had

I purchased my Pioneer head unit in 1995, didn't have CDs then so didn't purchase the CD multi player to go with it.
Four years a go I decided to removed the standard Philips kit and fit the Pioneer so I had to find a Pioneer multi player, luckily I found a brand new one on e.bay at £30 back in 1995 they were £175 in the shops.
Getting rid of the Philips kit was the best thing I've done, rubbish compared to the quality of Pioneers kit.

Ill bear that in mind if I come to replacing my head unit
