you can run without cats, just aquire a s/hand exhaust with cats in, preferably good ones, take you knackered cats off. bang them out or cut/weld em out. then keep the spare exhaust in case you fail mot. its unlikely. but make sure its mot'd on lpg!

run on gas fer mot as said and all is well

Yep as sed present it on gas for mot and it gets tested on gas.No need for cats then.
