My Freelander 1 facelift SE had a prior Cat C insurance registered against it, and today i had it serviced, along with new lights fitted. All done but the garage rang me to say "do you know its been in a smash"??
When i enquired further he sent me a photo which explained it.
I am looking for a replacement front bumper crashbar complete with brackets, so if anyone can please advise on where i might be able to purchase said replacement parts iwould be eternally grateful!!

How about..

I have one fitted to a spare vehicle, but no time to remove it all at the moment. Also, I can't do free postage!!!

That's hardly a smash. It was just a gentle knock from the side, which has push the bumper armature support brackets over. It should have been replaced when it was repaired though, along with that radiator. Someone cheaped out when doing that repair.

I repaired a CAT N write off over the winter, and did actually replace the armature supports, although the actual armature itself lived on to fight another day.

It's an easy 10 minute swap, once you get the parts you need. ;)

The rad will take a bit longer, but I'd replace is, just in case it springs a leak in the future. Thankfully rads are cheap and easy to get.
