I am thinking about going bigger on my D2. 4inch lift and 33" tires.

Wondering what to do with caster. I dont want to buy correction arms. I have heard that bushing isnt that great so i
have this idea to weld new mounts on the front axel or maybe bend the arms. Have someone done something like this before?

Caster corrected arms would be best if you can afford it. If you lift it that much you will also need to replace the panhard rod with an adjustable one as the original will be too short and pull the axle slightly to one side.

Bending the standard arms will also have the effect of essentially shortening them which will pull the axle back slightly.

If you have the skills and equipment to accurately relocate the axle mounts and adapt the standard panhard rod then that would be your cheapest option. I'm assuming cost is the big factor for you.
