I am thinking about going bigger on my D2. 4inch lift and 33" tires.

Wondering what to do with caster. I dont want to buy correction arms. I have heard that bushing isnt that great so i
have this idea to weld new mounts on the front axel. Have someone done this before?

Would be worth popping over to the discovery section for a better answer. This is mainly for Hello and cartoons misuse users.

Welcome to the forum.

Just thinking out loud…. a wanted larger lift on a D2 will require longer brake lines, 3” or maybe 6” corrected castor arms, longer or disconnected anti roll stabilizer bar links all around, possibly longer front and rear driveshafts, maybe hub centric wheel spacers so 33” tyres won’t rub, and of course longer springs and shocks and possibly dislocation cones.

Personally I’m good with a 2”+ lift for my D2 mall crawler. Lol
