Capstan winch removal

Hi folks.

Just trying to get the winch off the front of my landy. Front bolts off ok, rear ones going into the front of the front cross member are all turning, and have loosened off a little bit but aren't coming any further! They don't go all the way through the crossmember so no nuts to deal with on the back.

Am I doing something wrong??

Ok, it's off. For the sake of anyone searching for the same in the future - undo the rear bolts until they just spin, support the weight of the winch from below, take the front bumper off, then wiggle/ pry the winch forward. The bolts are some weird captive thing. Hth.
