Hi folks. I have a range rover 4.6 HSE, 1996 automatic. My catalytics are broken.... can i remove the material that is inside the catalytic and let the exhaust without catalytic

It won't affect the running of the car. unless it was stolen from the North American market where they had downstream sensors. It it was stolen from Europe it will only have upstream Lambda sensors so it's be fine without cats. Used catalytic converters contain toxic waste in the form of heavy metal particles. Cutting hacking/drilling at a used catalytic converter matrix will cause a cloud of these particles to be released into the air. If these end up in your lungs then I suspect they'll do rather more damage than dodgy black eagle woodbines made out of industrial waste and 5% tobacco leaves.

ok i know that emisions will incrase... the sensors i will not remove...what you can advise to do with the sensors??? let them where they are or what?
