Hi. I need to replace the rear shocks on a 2016 Range Rover. Anyone have any experience of this task? I’ve seen conflicting reports and tutorials some saying you must remove the rear seats but others suggesting you can access the top bolts without seat removal.
Thanks

I am not sure, But my 2011 manual sort of looks as if its just fold the seats forward and remove some carpet/trim from the area.
Best have a quick look with the seat folded and the rear boot floor spare wheel cover out.

Not personally, you may need to get in there and find out kiddo. You can at least confirm for the next person 👍
Best advice ever Mark, thank you.

3 hrs of googling and nothing conclusive. Some videos say you have to remove the rear seats and some say not but don’t show how.

As you suggested I went out there and carefully peered behind carpets and panels and guess what? I found and accessed the top bolts without removing any seats.

I will order the new shocks now

Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply. I’ve attached a couple of photos of it helps anyone in the future.
