Can anyone help engine number

Hi I have late 1995 range rover 4.6 hse I am trying to find out whether it has a gems or multronic engine. The engine number is 46DA8781 can anyone help me from engine number alone ?????

95 will be gems, as fanatic said. easy way to tell, if it has a square box on top of engine, GEMS. a hand full of bananas, THOR. THOR came in around 1999/2000. dont think you'll have 1 of those fitted in yours.
