Can anybody help ?

Hi there , I have just purchased a southdown tank guard which should have the detachable tow hitch, unfortunately it hasn't got that bit but what he was asking for the guard itself was a no brainer.
I've been in touch with the makers of this and they no longer make this and sold the rights to another company. But they don't make it themselves (I'm confused now)
SO have any of you got one lying around maybe? Or can point me in the right direction
