I bought a genuine tow-hitch for my L322 and it is SO NOISY!

When there's plenty of weight on it it's ok but with an empty bike trailer on there, the rattling makes me want to hurt something! Is this normal? If' I'd got the hitch with the detachable tow-bar it wouldn't be any different would it? They go in the same receiver after all!

Anyone on here have a solution (that doesn't involve changing for a permanent tow bar)?

Buy two or three Feasts, that'll give you the items you need for a fix.
Eh???

Is the bolt that goes through the towbar very VERY tight :) ,other thing to do would put a thin bit of metal top or bottom n tap the bar in , home with a mallet ,not so easy to remove ,though ..;)....

No experience of genuine tow-bars per say but I thought they had a pinch bolt with a knob you could twirl to take up unwanted slack?

( It would usually be at this point that Alan would chime in :p)

The bolt that goes through needs to be quite tight mine is the detachable neck with a bolt, I looked for your style as thats what id rather have i see advertised your style comes with pins,
It looks to be common to put a couple wedges in
