Hi all,
I am Yanggi living in a country side of South Korea and am drving Freelander 1 (V6, petrol2.5, 2004) from the year 2004.
Recently, I could not start the engine when I restart the car after short stop in the market or some places, so I
tested with simple car scanner which shows DTC report "Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction".
I think I have to replace the CMP sensor by my self.
Is there someone who recommend a CMP sensor which fit well for my car. Frankly speaking, I tried to fix it by
purchasing mid-price range parts from other open market, but I had failed because the product was not the the right one even worse, the product
was sensor only and the seller do not provide the mating connector cable nor gave any technical spec's or pinout diagram with this I could not try
anything.
So this time, I need the proper sensor with mating connector cable to connect it to the harness connector of ECU(CCU) of my car.
Attached photo is the connection point between cmp sensor connector(pigtailed) and ECU connector.
Your kind help will be highly appreciated.
