Evening all. Whilst travelling home I noticed a squeak that didn't sound like one of the 110's normal squeaks, so I pull over and find this.
Is it safe to drive the next 2 miles home? Shock will
need replacing anyway.
Cheers!

Leading on from this... Whilst I'm replacing the shocks, I'm going to replace the original springs too as they're original and no longer have a working self-levelling unit to help them! I'm looking at Armstrong HD shocks and Britpart standard height HD springs, and these are what I'll go for unless anyone can recommend a comparable combination?
Incidentally, I looked up the price for a Boge self-levelling unit, which I knew were expensive, £1300 ! Chuffing hell, you can get one and a half Evoque door cards for that!

It's mainly an upgrade to counter for towing heavy loads, I don't mind the stiffness of the HDs, nor am I fussed about any limitations to off-road capability.
britpatr yellow std h/d are good ive a few 110s carrying loads running on them some for many years worth fitting the gaz shockers too with h/d ,da4279 and dc5003
